The Surgical Work and Equity Lab is an African health policy think tank registered in Kenya. We generate evidence, shape policy, and advance implementation to strengthen surgical systems across Africa. Our principal place of business is Nairobi, Kenya.

All content published on this Website — including but not limited to research publications, policy briefs, blog posts, learning materials, data visualisations, images, and the SWEL name and logo — is the intellectual property of SWEL and its respective authors, unless otherwise stated.
